Swissray Customer Care is Now the Sole Provider of Swissray DR Equipment Sales and Support in the US
TAMPA, Fla. (July 14, 2022) – Swissray Customer Care, a leading provider of digital radiography systems, is pleased to announce that it is now the sole provider of Swissray digital radiography equipment sales and support in the US. To better serve its customers, the agreement with Swissray International includes the transfer of customer service contracts, system parts, and the radiographic system assets of Swissray International. Swissray is rebranding to simply “Swissray” as part of the agreement.

We continue to focus on serving our radiologic customers and know this strategic move positively impacts all current and future customers.”
Swissray International will continue to operate in their other market segments but will no longer be a part of the digital radiography market. All radiographic service agreements have been transferred to Swissray LLC, which will operate and brand itself as Swissray going forward. Swissray will be the sole interface for digital radiography customers, whether the customer wishes to upgrade equipment or receive support for existing equipment.

This is a positive move that will create a single point of contact for all radiographic customer needs. We’ve now become the OEM representative, which is our strength and our focus.
