Swissray Customer Care Focuses on Customer Experience; Appoints Randy Bellato as Company’s First Vice President of Customer Satisfaction

The creation of this new role further demonstrates the company’s position in the industry as a leader in customer satisfaction

 

TAMPA, Fla. (November 1, 2021)—Swissray Customer Care, a leading provider of digital radiography systems, announced today the creation of a new position to help transform the way its customer care team directly supports imaging facilities and radiologic technologists. The promotion of Randy Bellato to Vice President of Customer Satisfaction will enable Swissray Customer Care to create an unparalleled customer experience and further demonstrates its commitment to customer service. Effective immediately, Bellato will report to Chief Executive Officer Ed Pol.

Bellato is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in various roles supporting Swissray Customer Care customers throughout North America. With a strong working knowledge of all technical aspects of the medical device industry, Bellato will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of customer service programs and managing installation results. Additionally, he is responsible for ensuring field service engineers perform at the highest customer satisfaction levels.
